Items ordered arrived 3 weeks late. Customer service non existent!

Poor Service, poor quality product !! nothing else to say.

I am very pleased with the service I received with Auravita. I ordered Sunsense Daily Face SPF 60 in the morning. I received the confirmation of the order and I was amazed with the speed of the delivery. I received it the next day! Also the website is very very easy to use and I would like to recommend it to everybody.

Ordered some Bodywash online on the 6th of Feb estimated delivery date was the 9th. Recieved on the 8th with thanks. Quick Delivery and the customer services team were very helpful when I called to confirm product description and delivery as the product was no longer carried by local pharmacy. Will definately shop again.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with ordering from your website. I desperately needed some Potter's Acidosis which is not carried here in the US. Most other sites wanted outrageous amounts to ship even just one bottle. You, however, charge fair prices for your merchandise AND shipping- thank you! I ordered some Kudzu on Tuesday morning, and it said to expect delivery by Friday on the screen, so I was very happy that it actually arrived in the post the next day on Wednesday!! Not often that happens, so I was impressed.

I ordered some baby supplies from auravita, and the next day received an email telling me they had a security breach: Quote: During security checks we have found that a malicious hacker managed to penetrate a single page in our secured website for a short period of time. As a precaution, we suggest that you carefully check your credit card statement, and inform your credit card company of any possible unauthorized transactions. .End Quote. Not recommended by me!

I ordered two products both showing as in stock First arrived no problem. Waited another week for second product (zinc) to arrive when it did it was not what I had ordered (sent me tablets but ordered capsules) I now have to return the tablets to auravita before they will send out the capsules. They are unable to confirm if they have the capsules in stock! Not very impressive do not use if you require products quickly!

I ordered nopal cactus capsules. I was sent an e-mail to verify my order and again to tell me the order was dispatched. I recieved my order within 3 days. Excellent service!

Ordered Make up as a Christmas present which was showing as in stock, was told to expect delivery 14th Dec, then received email to say delayed until 15th Dec, then email to say 18th Dec, another email to say 6th Jan then another to say 23rd Jan. I think someone is having a laugh, as you would expect I now have to shop elsewhere. Internet site was still showing as in stock right up until 21st Dec. Won't be shopping here again!

I wished to purchase Amalgam Blocker Toothpaste. This was shown as being available, but when I selected 'buy it now' this product was not listed and attempts on 'search' showed no listing for this product. I went back to the previous page and clicked on the product information for Amnalgam Blocker toothpaste. This then brought me to the home page with no details at all given for this product. Very very frustrating.

I bought some Kanebo Cosmetics Eye Brush and shadow from Auravita, and was very impressed. they have a really good range. Great price, great delivery - will definitely use again.
