Good service let down by delivery service and delivery service tracker

Great service, excellent prices. As good as it gets.

I have purchased severel items from DJM and usually they are very prompt and most of all good value for money. This is the first time I have had any problem and I am confident they will come through

Excellent service, timed delivery was great idea as made sure we were here. Trombone case perfect- just what we needed for my 9 yeard old son to carry independently and it wil serve him for years to come as he grows too.

Produce as described and in good condition.(Although not tried out yet as it is a christmas present). Delivery system kept me well informed. I had to change the delivery slot as the predicted arrival time was too early. This was very easy to do. Very impressed with the service.

There seems to be a problem with the pick up not being in stock (then why have it advertised on site is my question and bad management) and we have had an email telling us that it should be delivered to them by 12th December which makes it a big problem for us if it is not as we want to get it to someone for a Christmas present and this is cutting things fine. We have not heard yet about the Ukulele itself and so we could be hurriedly having to rush out and buy one after thinking we had this present all covered online. A poor experience which does not give one confidence that you can get personal or special service from online shopping.

Tracking system was almost too good as there was some confusion about where they had left the parcel when I was out. But I contacted them and they sorted it out very quickly, so in fact there was no delay.

It was difficult to find the correct piece of equipment from the hundreds of items on display. There was no way of marking the item so as to come back to the right place at the next visit.The correct item was enventually found and is now installed and working.

DJM Music were completely let down by the inept courier they use. The courier system is over automated and totally user unfriendly.

Everything was really easy in the process of shoping. No problems at all. The guitar is quite ok for that price.

Order processed and sent immediately. Good service from courier (DPD) who texted me on delivery date and was able to re-arranage delivery to suit myself by simple text back. My only regret is that there were no instruction with the instrument I bought. The fact that I an a regular bass player helped to sort out what the strings should be tuned too. However a new comer might have some difficulties. Further more before the instrument could be playable you had to insert the battery in the rear and once again no instructions. Small points but very essential to the correct playing of the instrument.
