Placed order, despatched but apparently got damaged in transit, received an email informing me of this and saying they would contsct me to let me know when a replacement had been despatched, didn't get either, I had to contact them to be told item was now out of stock & I would have to accept a refund as they had no date for further supplies coming in, very disappointed !!!

The first order I placed was charged in pounds and pence , the second order I have just placed is shown in Euros which is slightly confusing as I would prefer pounds sterling . I have sent 2 emails regarding this but as yet have not had a reply .

We were very, very impressed. Prices so much cheaper than high street. Items were delivered in around 5 days. Ordered 4 deodarants, 3 were delivered on time - 1 arrived a few days later but that is down to the delivery system - not Island Cosmetics!!
