Good site to find what I was looking for and purchase was straightforward with accurate delivery information but was unable to track my order properly even after logging onto site with order number it would only say order was complete.
Would'nt put me off though.

Although initially out of stock i was informed of this and given the choice to cancell or wait for further stock to arrive. Once new stock arrived a delivery date was requested and product arrived on time.
Very well treated by helpful informed staff.

Could not track delivery on their web site,so I sent them an e-mail about this,& it took over 24hours to receive a reply,by which time the item had arrived.I telephoned them twice,first time got bored waiting to be answered, telephoned again & took 8 mins for an answer.However when I got through the staff member was VERY helpful!(so not all bad news!)

3 days after accepting my order and taking my money I was telephoned to say item was out of stock and to be discontinued. money was refunded a few days later.

Product was available at a very good price, but there were two delays (of a day each) over and above the rather long initial stated delivery time of eight days. Customer service were proactive at keeping me informed about these delays, however, and product was in good condition when it came, so no complaints really.

I was disappointed that I was unable to track my product on line. I had a rough guide as to when it would arrive,within 5-7 days but nothing more certain. It was purely by chance I was at home at the time it arrived,I prefer to know when goods will be delivered. It will not stop me using Laskys in the future.

We had to wait in all day on the Saturday, having paid extra for the delivery, the item was delivered at 3pm, Although we were told it would be delivered between 8am and 6pm, we would have been better served if we were told an a.m. or p.m. delivery. We could have planned our day better.
Overall we were otherwise very pleased with Laskys.

Excellent value. Product was delayed due to stock issue and I was contacted straight away to inform me and to arrange a new delivery date (only 3 days different). Very friendly customer service, P&P was refunded as I had paid for expedited. Highly recommend.
