Everything was excellent, apart from the carriers city link delivering a day later, as could not find my house, all was sorted when I spoke to them and they gave the driver my number. This did mean sitting in for two whole days which could have been sorted if More computers had put my telephone number on city links paperwork.

Website very easy to use. Ordered goods Saturay pm and they arrived Tuesday morning. Excellent service. Had to return unwanted software and service was excellent, received full refund 2 days after sending the software back. Would recomend this site.

Good website, effecttive service so far as I could tell. Only criticism is they supply only an email VAT invoice - either a hard copy by post or a pdf attachment to an email would be more effective.

Excellent.....Ordered at 1:15pm on Monday, arrived at 10:30am following day, and that was standard delivery, and not the next day service. Thats great, especially as its christmas week.

You only really find out about how good a company is when something goes wrong. I ordered a 16 port managed switch (on Friday, arrived Monday) which was far too noisy when powered up, and I had to send it back. I reported it yesterday and collection is arranged for today. It doesn't get much better than that!

Dreadful company, AVOID like the plague. You have been warned, especially if something needs replacing/returning/refunding, even if only after a few weeks and within the warranty!
