I have e-mailed and complained about non-working goods, probably a software problem but I don't really know for sure. It was impossible to use their phone help line. To date they have not responded to my e-mail but I have had three or four adverts from them! Customer support is not unacceptable, in my experience it is non-existent.

I ordered a Western Digital external 1 TB hardrive, It arrived on time and in perfect condition although not very securely packaged. However it came with no operating instructions. I have written twice to the company to send me them or give me a link to download them from the computer with no results. I paid for 2 day delivery and 9 days after ordering the product I am still unable to use it as I have no instructions on how it works. Not impressed.

TV purchase. Delivery given Friday the 12th which failed. The rang eventually at 8.30 at night with all sorts of poor excuses, no mobile phone, too many orders for one day etc. Promised Sunday morning delivery, did not arrive, no call at all. Called cus serv on Monday, they would contact me as to redlivery. No reply. Rang on Tuesday and they told me to contact delivery company. They in turn said the 1st Sat was 2 weeks out. Decided to cancel and now waiting for them to agree to this.

I was told that delivery of this item would take place before 25Th of December guaranteed it did not arrive at all! This item was to be a Christmas present. The website doesn't even have a link where I can contact them.

Not recommended! Pricing is misleading with items advertised as free shipping but charge added at checkout. Advertised same day despatch but took approx. 36hours. An account was created "on the fly" despite saying none was needed to checkout. No obvious way to cancel the account. They continue to send e-mails despite unsubscribing. Used them because I was desperate but will not again - they do not deserve a single tick, in my opinion.

Expected delivery within 3-4 days but it took over 7 days to arrive. Track and trace had no meaning to customer and was never up to date ( 2 or 3 days behind)!

Thursday early evening Pixmania order showed item in stock and available. Monday showed ?item out of stock? This continued until suddenly item being dispatched. DHL Tracking showed receipt in Exeter Tuesday. Wednesday am out for delivery with no indication of time (am or pm). Waited all day but not delivered. Eventually received Thursday. Van driver could not find house and had no telephone number. Why not? We are difficult to find - telephone call would have saved much aggravation.

Website ok but extras were added which I had to remove at checkout. Could easily end up paying for these if you don't check price properly. Delivery slow considering it is paid for. Price for Sansa Clip MP3 was good so went ahead even though delivery slow.

I took me a while to get the order through. First payment disappeared in the ether, I waited a week for the delivery and then checked to find that my Pixmenia order history was empty, then I tried again and got email next day I needed to phone to check that it was really me ordering because this time I tried with a different account.

My order has NOT been delivered. Noone has contacted me about this. I had to take the time to contact DHL and find that my parcel, 8 days after I was advised it had been sent out, was sitting at DHL in Vauxhall. I have now had to re-arrange delivery, giving them all the same details I submitted with my original order, to get it tomorrow. This is the first time a company has failed to deliver an item to my work address, which is open 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm. This is completely unacceptabl

Purchased a Dell monitor from Pixmania as their price was the cheapest that I could find - not to mention that I've shopped with Pixmania before and have never had a problem with them. Without a doubt, will definitely purchase from Pixmania again.

Purchased Samsung SMX-F30 Memory Card Camcorder - black, and was very impressed with the speed of delivery. I will definately watch this store for further good buys The camcorder has also exeeded my expectations-that of being able record continuously for up to 3 hours, when most other camcorders have to be mains operated for this duration. Purchased Sony KDL-40W5500 BRAVIA LCD Television. Easy to use website. I was contacted by a member of staff to confirm I'd placed the order (had a bit of trouble with my credit card verified by visa but that was down to Egg) and given approx date for delivery. The only negative comment is that for just under £20 delivery charge I expected a next day delivery service.

First time of ordering through Pixmania and had no probelems whatsoever. Panasonic LCD TV delivered exactly as per what it said on the tin.

3 issues. If not resolved we shall not order from Pixmania again. 1. Digital camera supplied without English instructions. 2. Without an English mains plug or adaptor for the battery charger. 3. Camera menus in French; without English instructions it was very difficult to change. Please provide an English charger lead and English instruction manual available from Panasonic. Please reply within 24 hours.

Following previous review forgot to say that camera instruction booklet came only in French - useless to us! Will request an English one; we'll see what happens...

Thanks for having the facility for urgent deliveries thus getting the camera to me in time to give it as a Christmas present. The only irritation was the the fact that Zen Engagement was not optional and therefore, I thought, ought to be part of the selling price. I wanted to find out more so phoned the number on screen, but after four attempts, where I went though loads of mulitiple choices only to be cut off at the final waiting moment, I gave up and just paid the money.

I have used the site several times and been very pleased with everything. The only comment that I would make is not to confuse this site with pixmania.com as this prices eveything in Euros and the time I ordered from the site I received an owners guide written in French. I would certainly recommend buying from pixmania.co.uk
