Product was good, as was the price. I didn't get a receipt though which I wanted for vat purposes.

As far as shopping online goes, I had no difficulty finding or ordering the stuff I needed. The website offers a huge amount of information, including technical drawings where necessary, which all helps. The one thing I don't like about buying stuff online is the faff involved returning stuff so to have loads of relevant information is a great advantage: it all helps in making the right choice. I now have what I need for our new house so don't imagine I will need to buy anything else but if I needed to, I certainly wouldn't hesitate in using Plumbworld again.

Large item delivered by large carrier no call before delivery no information on delivery that was of any use no redelivery within a week of first delivery. Useless as we are a Commertial Installer. Yodel XL very bad choice of courier they were rude to me.

The problems I encountered were: 1. Refusal of transporter to adhere to request not to deliver before 12 noon. 2. The size of the packs was far too large for one person to handle. They should have been broken down into manageable units. I have not yet received the products (they are coming to Greece) so have put No to questions 2 & 6.

As the above states I am well satisfied with my purchase and the service received. I, when the need arises, will always try Plumbworld first. Thank you.

placed an order for a complete bathroom suite including shower.when the delivery arrived there was no bath or toilet and i was told that the vanity unit had been damaged at the warehouse. im still not sure how they picked this orderand didnt realise that the bath and toilet were missing. the replacements were sent in good time but wen i checked the vanity unit was damaged and the legs for the bath were missing. i contacted plumbworld but this is not easy as it can only be done via email and takes several days to get a reply. i was told that the bath didnt come with legs but when i checked on the website it shows that it comes with legs. i did save some money by using plumbworld but it was not worth the hassle and delays i had to go through and i will not be using them again

ordered shower head on 12th, not despatched till 15th, they tell me, under pressure they tell me it was actually shipped on 18th, eventually arrived 23rd,

Very pleased with the price and quality of the items.

Good but because I ordered on a Friday it wasn't dispatched till Monday, and Royal Mail 2nd class didn't deliver till the following Friday. I wasn't in any great hurry for it, though, so it didn't matter. Otherwise very good.

Selection was simple, service was good, product was excellent, but the necessary screws were not in the package - and yes, I did really search - and I had to use two which I cut down to do the job. Aaaarrggghh.

Entirely satisfactory with good support on asking a question

Bath panel arrived damaged due to poor packing..contacted Plumbworld and rec'd prompt attnetion and a replacement posted within 48hrs...again its slightly damaged . It was better packed but still not sufficient to avoid damage., Damage is minimal and will ben hidden hence not contacting plumbworld to complain .I'd be wary in future ordering certain items due to packaging problems

Although the price has recently been reduced again, which is a little annoying, the shopping experience was good. I haven't had the shower fitted yet so should have waited to order it. The only aspect which wasn't quite right was the time at which the courier stated that the product was delivered. That was 2 hours later than actual time and may have caused issues if the delivery were to have been queried later. Although I did advise the courier, they have not followed this up to advise why the timing was so far off the actual delivery time.
