even though the item was 10 days past its delivery date the staff did keep me informed when i phoned. Once collected by FedEx it arrived within 4 days

The product itself was faulty but it came from an overseas supplier direct to me and, therefore, was not subject to quality control by QP Jewellers. As soon as I drew the problems to their attention, they were extremely courteous, prompt and helpful in arranging a refund. So, although I had to return the product on this occasion I would certainly use QP again, for their excellent customer care.

Even though I was very happy with the service provided by QP Jewellers. An e.mail saying the product had been dispatched, would have been welcomed, especially at this time of year knowing how busy QP and their carriers are!!

Only a short delay in receiving the neclase due to atrotious weather conditions. Neclase was received in a nice presentation box and was good valve for the money.

Website claimed delivery sent by Fedex usually within 24 hours and that tracking details would be made available as soon as the goods were sent. Emailed after a week simply to have this repeated to me. Goods suddenly arrived with no tracking details having been sent. Whilst there were no problems with what was received and the delay in receipt was small, it does not instill confidence in a customer if things don't happen that should happen. Not sure if I'd use the firm again for this reason.
