When I ordered the tomatoes I was told they were in stock, and would be despatched the following day. This turned out NOt to be the case, as I ordered 6 plants and when they went to process the order there was only one in stock, and delivery would take a further 2 weeks, so I cancelled the order.

the item i recieved a bare root tree was damaged before being dispatched.

I find it rather poor that these businesses take my money immediately knowing that they had no stock, and it would be at least another month before they could even despatch. If I want to finance companies, I'll buy their shares thanks. There are good companies who don't charge card until despatch, and there's this sort of sharp practice

Sadly the item got deliverd to the wrong address, but arrived after my neighbours tracked me down! But other than that great!

Ordered two items. One has arrived today: trug: handle is a bit kinked (natural twig,) but ok Apple stackers clearly labelled as out of stock on web, but excellent communication about expected delivery date. Nice items and have enjoyed browsing catalogue included with delivery. Not heard of company before saw apple stacker advert in The Times

The item I have ordered has yet to be delivered, owing to no stock at present. It should be with me in about a week's time, I have been informed.

Easy to find the exact product I required and at a very reasonable price. The only problem I encountered was when the parcel was delivered, the product had pierced through three of the corners of the packaging and could have been damaged, but thankfully it wasn't.
