I got my stuff 24 hours after placing my first order, but that's not the good bit. I'd gone at the install like bull in a china shop, and a component kinda "self-dismantled". I needed a replacement, so I called. My call was answered on a Saturday... By someone who could access my details... And was familiar with the product I needed to discuss... And was able to replace my broken bit of kit - no quibbles.

I am delighted with the service from TLC. I ordered a transformer yesterday afternoon, so that I could use a rice cooker that I had bought in the USA, and it arrived at lunchtime today- it's a neat product, exactly as described on the website, and I'm already using it. TLC sent an email confirming the order, and one saying it had been sent. The packaging was excellent- there could have been no danger of the item being damaged in transit.

I found them extremely clear and helpful with reasonable prices. When they said delivery in France within 5 days that is exactly what happened even in the mountains of the South of France. The range of goods is far wider than is available in France and of a higher specification.

( my old one last 8 years ) 5 .. fast and easly used and my shower was here in no time.. 6 .. got emails to confirm every thing 7 .. when i received my shower i sent an email to say thank you and got one back thanking me !!

Good easy to use website with excellent prices. However they let themselves down badly on export orders by quoting a freight rate at the time of ordering which is then followed up with an email stating that they are having problems with their regular couriers with non or late deliveries and quote a new rate using a tracked courier. On 2 orders I placed some 8 months apart they quoted rates that were 3 and 12 times the original freight rate. This somewhat takes the gloss of their performance.

Ordered a Dimplex wall heater it arrived damaged in transit, company was excellent in dealing with problem and I had a replacement in two days. The company kept me well informed at every stage. Very good company to deal with.

I've used TLC twice recently for internet orders, and the service really could not be better. Well packed goods were delivered next day.
