On the whole it was OK but I had reason to phone about the delivery of a replacement item and there was some confusion about the order and someone was to ring me back the first time but that did not happen. The quality of the telephone line was extremely poor and I had to keep asking the person to repeat what was said and making the person understand my query.

Shop has a wide range of items however delivery service is very pooor. I wasn't at home and found a note that item would be delivered next day, but actually driver left the suitcase with a neighbour who let me know the next day. Overall I am happy with the purchased suitcase. Thank you for that.

Site was easy to navigate and I found some cases on offer so I thought I'd give them a try. They arrived a day early so I wasn't at home but I phoned the number on the delivery note and thay came when convenient to me which was 2 days later.

I initally found the Tripp website and ordering system easy to manage. However, when my suitcase arrived (within 2 days of ordering) it was not the item I ordered. When I checked my dispatch e-mail I realised the item delivered was the item you had on the order - even though this was not the product I ordered. I do not know how this happened or whether the fault was mine or the website - particularly as I did not get chance to check my acknowledgement/dispatch e-mail before the item was delivered.

Customer services were really helpful. I ordered the incorrect design of suitcase and they agreed to collect the following day, they were really helpful when I changed my mind and decided to keep the case and then cancel the collection. I have recommended tripp to family and friends and will do so in the future. Excellent service. THANK YOU

Easy to order but an error on the address label allegedly led to the delay in delivery which was a bit annoying as we had waited in especially. I also wished to use one of the suitcases the next day which I was then unable to do. The postcode and house number on the label were however correct so who was responsible for the delay fault is, I suppose, open to discussion.

Ordered luggage in time for holiday, but Tripp failed to dispatch. Offered to pay for next day delivery but they assured me they would do this at their cost. In fact, they did not do this and the luggage arrived after I had left for the holiday, having to use borrowed luggage. No compensation offered. Absolutely appaling.
