As of yet the item has not arrived - I think another couple of days and then maybe have to contact someone but initially problem with stock.

only real complaint was it took two days for them to confirm my order ,however the item arrived as per their email later that same day. Nice prompt delivery ,i couldn't track the item though through FedEx ,would have been ist class service if the order had been confirmed sooner. Supplier gave GREAT VALUE for item and was cheapest seller by £50 on a hoover that cost me £130

Have not yet seen the item purchased as it was sent to a different address having been bought as a Cristmas gift so Answer 2 is qualified. The packaging is apparantly in good order but the package is unopened. Ordering process was straight-forward and delivery was very quick so everything has gone well.

They managed to "lose" my order after I had the confirmation sent though and told me I had to wait another 2 weeks until they had the item back in stock or get a refund!

Ordered a Epson EMP-TW620 Projector on Friday. Customer service rang within 1/2 hour of ordering online to say Projector would be dispatched ASAP. Arrived at 8pm Tuesday works fine.

Ordered a LG L1919S - Flat Panel Display -TFT-19" Monitor on Friday lunch-time, received a call friday pm to tell me it would be delivered on monday. It was all set up for me when I got home from work monday night.It works fine.

tv ordered was stated as being in stock when ordered but at time of confirmation by telephone it was stated that delivery would be in two to three weeks .item is still being advertised as being in stock

Was quoted in stock they phoned said they hoped the Tv would be in in 9 days phoned again in 9 days not interested said it may be weeks. They were happy to cancel order.

Asked advice on Sony Bravia 40S2010 at 3.00pm bought with a DVD recorder at 3.15pm and had all working in my lounge at 4.00pm the next day. Excellent product (felt sea sick watching trawlermen documentry) and excellent service.

just attempted to order a Samsung Lcd tv. website would not acccept my card phoned spent fifteen minutes on the telephone to a customer service representative only for him to tell me that it wasn't in stock! It would be helpful if this was on the website.

ordered my 26 inches from the website, it said it was in stock. however after about a week when i inquired the company they told me it was out of stock and would take a week or so. however even after three weeks the product was not delivered and thenwhen i decided to order it from somewhere else they finally asked me( after about 4 weks ) that my order is ready and would i like to buy the TV. anyways the delivery was alright( although wasn't free as advertised in the website).

My first big purchase off the net, a 36" toshiba tv,ordered on bank holiday monday had heard nothing by the following monday so i phoned only to be told i would get a call that evening well no call and 3 calls to them later still no tv but my money went out of the bank the next day! watch this space i`ll let you know if it ever turns up or i get a refund. phone staff are freindly though!!!!!

Very dodgy!!!!!! I had to ask 4 times for a email confirmation of order. They have made numerous promises to deliver ranging from giving me false ?City Link? tracking numbers to telling me that the driver has ?forgotten it at the back of his van? ?Is turning around and about an hour away? ?The driver is 20 mins away and has got your phone number in case of any problems? I checked with City Link directly and was told that there was no record of any delivery booked

I bought a Sony Handycam DCR-HC42 Mini DV Digital Camcorder from this site. The web pages contained everything that I needed to know and it was easy to order. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered 2 days later, on Tuesday morning. Everything was in working order, with all relevant manuals. I would definately use this site again.

Communications was fantastic, kept me informed on the progress of my order. They were a little expensive than other sites but it's well worth it to recieve the service I did.
