I have used Fotosense before and always found them very good. This time, however, I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive. I accept that Easter has fallen awkwardly with ankl Holidays, but I have not had any updates as to what is happening...I would appreciate better order tracking as all that is shown is 'processing'!!!!

The item arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I would definitely buy from Fotosense again. The website is easy to navigate and contact info is clearly visible.

Ordered nearly 100quids worth of HiTi photo paper on next day delivery for an urgent job. 4 days later when it had still not arrived was told it was not in stock and never had been - even though I'd checked the day I ordered and online order tracker stated it had been picked and packed. Useless service, terrible customer support/after sales, inaccurate website and all smacks of a scam to take orders that would be placed elsewhere if they told the truth about their stock levels. AVOID FOTOSENSE.

I ordered a Nikon D80 and 18-200 lens and paid extra for overnight delivery. The camera body arrived three days after due date. Fotosense tell me the lens is out of stock and cannot guarantee delivery in time for when I go on holiday a week today. The website said, and still says, it is in stock. They did not inform me of the stock position when they took payment.

Recently ordered lenshood/adapter and carry case for my Canon S3. Site indicated in stock. Checked site for delivery times following day which said out of stock-delivery 1-5 days. Day 5 rang, told case in stock and would be sent, with lenshood to follow which it did 2 days later. The service was fair but why not indicate if product is in stock at the time of ordering or when confirming order received. This would save a lot of aggravation. Would I use them again? If product in in stock, yes.

Having been assured that the equipment was in stock and available for immediate delivery, I received a phone call the following day to 'confirm the delivery address' for a 3 part package. Two parts arrived a day late with a note that the 3rd part was 'to follow'. Having stressed that I needed the kit quickly I phoned them to find that the stuff that was 'in stock' was, in fact, 'incomplete' and that it would take anything 'up to 2 weeks' to get it to me. Apathetically Poor.

I phoned before ordering to confirm a camera bundle was in stock, this was confirmed. I ordered on a next day delivery only to get an email that evening to say the complete bundle wasnt in stock. I emailed to ask the order to be cancelled, and followed that up with a phone call the following morning to be told the order was shipped. When received one item in the bundle was wrong. After several tries to contact them I eventually get a response to send item back, without postage refund!!

awaiting to find out how my credit card details were fraudlently used after only ever using my card once online and offline, no other way that people could have used them other than security or fotosenses web site or staff( i hope not )

I would certainly recommend buying your camera from fotoSENSE. I bought a Canon Powershot S80 bundle (great deal!), and a Canon WP-DC1 underwater housing. I placed the order late on a Friday and the camera bundle arrived on Tuesday morning. I had failed to read the fine print that underwater housings take 1-2 weeks to deliver. This could have been a potential problem as I was leaving the country, but when I phoned to let them know that I needed the order they got cracking and got it to me asap.

Out of the thirty or so Internet companies I have dealt with, this one must rank as one of the most efficient. From the first call asking about my camera to delivery was just 21 hours!!! Amazing. Staff friendly and polite. A company I will readily recommend.

ordered a lens, it all went nicely, fast delivery as promised. After i got the lens i realised i didnt actually want or need it, read they have a 7 day return policy and tried emailing their return department to get information, no reply in 2 days, sent one to the standard email, no response, tried live help on the website, no response nothing to date (10 days later). absolutely terrible customer service. i have kept the lens now as its not worth the effort.

Beware I ordered a Konica Minolta Dimage A200 from this site after having checked to see if it was an out of stock item, I also ordered next day delivery, after 24 hours I have recieved an e-mail telling me there is a five day wait as the item is out of stock. Needless to say I have cancelled my order.

Order was for a Casio EX-S500 digital camera (next day delivery) and received an autoreply confirming order. Service was appaulling - several e-mails requesting an update spread over three weeks were ignored, this despite live help confirming it was in stock. Promptly cancelled order and won't be using again.

Ordered a Crumpler camera bag, came after 2-3 days. It was a bit big for my camera, so returned it with clear written instructions to exchange for another bag. Even talked to the Returns dept. What did they do? Refund minus the delivery costs. I did not know that this had been done, until I chased and asked about my replacement bag. Very Poor service

I ordered a Kodak C360 Bundle 2 on Saturday and received it on Tuesday morning. Very pleased with the camera and the accessory bundle. Very good internet shopping experience and would shop there again.

I ordered a Ricoh Caplio R2 digital camera on Mon 5th of Sept 2005. I had to register their site first. I had an order acknowledgment promptly, but when I checked the status the next day found it was out of stock, wish they had told me before ordering. Stock expected in 5-8 days. Then stock expected on the 14th. On the 15th it was still no stock. On the 17th it emerged that they couldn?t any new stock & the order was cancelled. So two weeks wasted, I?m not very pleased.

Their website will allow you to select next day delivery on a Friday, even though you will not get it delivered on Saturday and you will be charged the extra amount. I made the mistake of ordering after their closing time on a Thursday. Also they did not even pickup the phone when I called a few times to speak to their customer service. I give the Ease of Ordering Poor due to the fact that a 5 year old could easily change their site to mot take money for deliveries they cannot provide

ordered canon ixus 700 bundle 3 package checked despach details on my order history , goods despatched 05/08/05 ? now 16/08/05 still no goods. tried phoning several times on different days no one answered the phone. sent e-mails no response. what do you do ? paid by credit card who are now chasing my purchase. prices and web site excellent pity about the service. will definately reconsider placing another order.repeat business must be a problem that the manager of this company needs to address

The camera was out of stock, so I had to wait a week for delivery. The spare battery was faulty, and instead of a 32mb card it came with a 16mb card. A replacement battery was sent but this too was faulty. Fotosense refused to replace the 16mb card with a 32mb card even though their website showed the camera came with a 32mb card. A third battery was supplied. This time it worked, but they still have not refunded my postage costs. Avoid fotosense if you don't want the hastle.

Not recommended. The purpose of using the fotosense website is to have the object you purchased, and this is where you are sure to find yourself sorely let down. I purchased the Canon EOS 350 D on the 1st of June and paid for next day delivery. On the 13th July I am still waiting to take delivery, still waiting for customer services to reply to two separate enquiry e-mails and unable to contact fotosense through their advertised telephone number. Now doesn?t that sound suspect! Don?t shop here.

ordered a samsung V6 camera plus bundle at a great price. I would have liked to have been given a delivery time eg next day, but you can track your orders and they do e-mail you when its been despatched. Anyway got item in 2 days. Thumbs up, great service.

Absolutely hopeless. I ordered a Casio Exlim 750 camera from them - they repeatedly told me incorrect information about when it was coming into stock (ie no we don't have any, yes we do oh now they're out of stock again - I wasted hours on the phone). After ordering, the delivery company messed up - it took three weeks for me to get a next day delivery parcel. Not the fault of Fotosense, I know, but they were not the slightest bit bothered or concerned, and told me it was my business to deal with the delivery company. On arrivial Fotosense had, of course, got the order wrong. I had to pay to return them and it then took 9 days for the corrct article to arrive. Unbelievable, and no offer to pay for the postage to rectify their mistake. I will NEVER order from them again and would strongly advise others to do the same. Mistakes happen, we all know and accept that, but this shower does not seem to care and makes no effort to put things right.

Helpfull friendly staff, competetive prices, the only problem was the next day delivery took two days, but this was a Royal Mail problem, not the fault of Fotosense.

Excellent. There was a fault with the camera and I had to send it back. It was fixed on the same day it arrived and also posted back to me the same day as well. It doesn't get any better than that.

I ordered a 256MB Xd card & recieved a 128MB. this was however speedily corrected. Just a pity they couldnt get it right first time

The range is good ,but delivery, I will reserve judgement on that untill I see how long it takes.
