Pros: Amazing DVD RAM capabilities, great 4 hour mode, commercial skip, nice menu system, and price.

Cons: Oddly (un)balanced remote, and can't use number pad for TV channels

Cons: Confusing manual. Typing chapter titles is slow.

Cons: No Digital audio INPUTS. (But not sure if any units have this.)
