Full Review

Wow i mean, i was taken by suprise when my dad had told me he had purchased the iphone. He wanted it mainly for his business, to access email easily (like a blackberry), and then he was taken by suprise about good the other features were.

It has everything, from street maps, to itunes, to internet, to youtube, to ipod. The normal text message and phone use is also have easy once you know how to access it all. The features all come together into a touch sensitive display which is very clever and works very well. Most peoples first impressions are "how can you text with that size keyboard, and it been touch-screen" simple answer is..... Its very easy compared to how you think. It just takes a little getting use too. You can access your email from anywhere in the world, linking it to servel email clients. It has wi-fi allowing you to go on the internet, itunes, and youtube anywhere with how big your wireless network is. It has an 4GB storage cappacity which is very good, it has sexy little features such as, how you unlock the keypad.
However there is only one dissapointment, the camera, a 2.0megapixel camera is a let-down for the well looked forward iphone, especially when samsung and sony ericsson are bringing out 5 megapixel camereas now.

The iphone is also orientation sensitive, meaning when you are viewing a picture, and you turn the phone horizontally, the picture will turn with you, enableing you to zoom/pan easily and clearer.
The phone can sync pretty much anything with your computer including contacts, calenders, photos, videos, music, podcasts etc.

It has a snazzy way of making and recieving calls aswell, the big colour co-ordinated accept or reject buttons are a pleasure to touch.
The ipod feature is exactly like a normal ipod too, the phone has 4GB storage capacity, and you can sync not only songs, but videos, podcasts, and movies. You can now also purchase, ringtones off the itunes store, and sync them to the iphone aswell.

There is a also a feature called itunes to purchase songs and down them directly to your phones memory.
Iphone has a map feature, basically you type in any postcode in the search bar, and you can view it as a map of the road, or if you click "satellite" at the bottom, you can give it in person (like google earth). Very impressed apple ;)

You can also have easy access to stocks, world clock and the usual stuff. But everything - even the borin features, are in style ;)
Overall i have been quite impressed about the iphone, another downfall was, my dad still paying his $45 a month contract had to pay $460 for the iphone itself. Which is quite a substancial amount as he got his contract aswell.
