Pros: Makes an adequate paperweight

Cons: Inadequate performance, no product support from Canon

Pros: At least it works some of the time and will actually send/receive faxes.

Cons: The sending of faxes quickly turns into a headache.

Pros: Hardware looked good. Easy to install on XP

Cons: Drivers don't support windows 2000 server, windows 2003 server.

Bottom Line: Avoid if you need good driver support, beyond windows XP.
