Pros: Number of characters
Complexity of special moves
Music
Graphics
Cons: Difficult controller set-up for standard Nintendo controller
Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this game, but only with a good controller that has a large stick and large d-pad.

Pros: The first real fighting game for the Nintendo Game Cube.
Cons: The GC controller really isn't set up for this type of game.
Bottom Line: Capcom's first fighting game on the Game Cube is definitely worth checking out.

Pros: Old-school fighting, good framerate, plenty of characters.
Cons: Arcade control (AC-ism) not well mapped out on this controller.
Bottom Line: If the price is right, CVSNK2EO is a nice investment for those looking for some classic arcade action. May be too easy for some, due to the GC-ism.

Pros: Animated graphics, smorgasboard of characters, addictive multiplayer action
Cons: Cell rate break-up, aggrivating controls, limited options
Bottom Line: There are better games out there, and it has its faults, but you would not be unwise to purchase this engaging take at two classic fighters.

Pros: Good cast, GC-ism actually works, Groove Edit mode
Cons: AC-ism doesn't work with this controller, limited stage selection
Bottom Line: Every time Capcom makes a 2-D fighter, a conservative complains about video game violence. It's poetic, in its way.

Pros: Tight controls: near perfect gameplay, exorbitant cast of characters from both worlds, excellent artwork
Cons: Low-resolution sprite animations, troublesome controls, pointless "EO" feature, no online play, over-zealous hyperactive announcer
Bottom Line: Although more insane, hyperactive, and zany than it's predecessor, Capcom Vs. SNK 2's only major faults are that it's being on the Cube and the newly insulting pointless "EO" feature

Pros: Umm.. it has Ryu in it
Cons: Abysmal control, 2D crossover fighting at it's worst, imbalanced gameplay
Bottom Line: You've seen the PS2 version and dreamcast version so why buy this horrible Gamecube incarnation?
