Pros: Includes lots of toys (good speakers, microphone, IR port, etc). Great for students.
Cons: No integrated network card, only 1 USB port, slow.
Bottom Line: Once you buy the extra stuff you will need, a great cheap used laptop. Excellent for students or cheapos like me.

Pros: Slick design, metal case, and good speakers.
Cons: Poor control, irritating athestics, and weird proprietary hardware.
Bottom Line: If you want a basic business box, pick one of these up used. If you want a real computer, stay the hell away from this thing.
