4 Megapixel COncord 4060 AF

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Affordable, 4megapixels, easy transfer with Windows XP, decent portrait type pictures.

Cons: Pics are blurry when taken to close to subject. Batteries are eatten like candy.

Author's Review
Since my son was born (Dec 02), a digital camera ha not left my hands. Combine a digital camera dad and a service like "Ofoto", or Walmart, and it makes for a a ton of baby pics.
Anyways - I've ben upgrading as money allowed - from a Mustek - to a Polaroid 640, to a SiPIx 2300. I was getting tired of the annoying amount of tiem that it took for the SiPix (2.1MGP) to actually SNAP the picture. I was at Walmart, and saw the Concord 4060 (4MGP). For only $149. And I LOVE it! It's smaller than my others, takes only 2 AA batteres, rather than 4 like the others, and snaps the picture prety fast. Not profession choice here, but it does just fine for pictures of my little one. Just don't get too close, or the face is a bit blurry.
