Pros: Great graphics. Intense gameplay. 2-player mode retained.
Cons: A couple of questionable gameplay changes. Weak music. High difficulty in spots.
Bottom Line: The extreme difficulty, lack of replay value and a couple of ill-advised changes keep this game far from a perfect score. But it's still good enough.

Pros: Nice graphics... um... pretty colors?
Cons: Konami completely mutilated one of its top classics for no reason.
Bottom Line: If you hate yourself, or your children, pick up a copy of Contra Advance for Christmas. And then be prepared for that eternity in Hell.

Pros: Good graphics, ok game play, somewhat nostalgia feeling of playing settling in.
Cons: Poor sound, limited replay value, not many additional features have been added.
Bottom Line: Lacking every single feature that made the original a classic. Play the SNES version again just to remind you how inferior this version is.
