Pros: Doesn't crash alot, fast, easy to use
Cons: Customer Support, hard drives suck, rather heavy
Bottom Line: Do not buy this model, buy a newer one, one with color and a webcam

Pros: Shipped directly to my door.
Cons: Everything else!
Bottom Line: Spend your hard earned money else where. Best Buy has better computers, less money and a staff that knows what they are talking about!

Pros: There is really nothing positive to say about this unit. Absolutely nothing stands out.
Cons: Dell customer service is the worst on the planet. Trust me, I know.
Bottom Line: Do not buy a Dell under any circumstances. They have the worst customer service I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Pros: The laptop has a nice wide display.
Cons: The Dell Inspiron 1501 is extremely slow and prone to crashes.
