Pros: Very easy and simple to use. Great speed and low lag time.
Cons: Battery consumption very high, photographed subject look smaller than they really appear.
The Bottom Line: Quality photos suitable for printing 5x7 and 8x10 prints, this camera is both easy to use yet flexible for Enthusiasts who desire a no-hassle camera.

Full Review
Since I have now taken more than 5000 photos with this camera in the span of 7 months time, I am finding this to be a great little no-fuss camera that has very quick start-up and low lag time. The camera was purchased based on the Kodak color reputation which I now truly think is underestimated within the realm of digital camera photography.
I do not, however, find that the Easy Share method of sharing photos to be user friendly. In fact, I only use the software for minor editing and I just attach photos to emails when I want to share photos.
I absolutely love the easy to use features of this camera, specifically the macro, red-eye control, back-light control feature, long-time exposure control (0.7-4.0 seconds), and the color options (color, B&W, Sepia Tone). The menu and feature control dial are very easy to use and there is a self-timer. You can use the viewfinder to take photos and save battery life, but I find the best results are achieved from using the display screen.
The Kodak software is good, though it is a large program. The camera instruction book is very clear and easy to understand. The camera-to-PC uploading via the Easy share software does take more time than what I would have liked.
There is an "objects appear further away than they really are," aspect to the photos from this camera that I am not fond of, but that comes with it being a small camera with small components.
I only bought the camera, without the dock, and it came with regular AA batteries, which die very quickly. I invested in a Kodak battery charger with AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries and that has make the camera far more versatile and user-friendly by extending use time.
The quality of photos are just wonderful. I have taken some of my most favorite photos ever with this camera and I take A LOT of photos with it.
This camera also takes movies with sound. The quality of the movies depends on the lighting, natural being the best, and sound is good when main subject is no more than 6 feet from the camera. When you take movies, you can expect the battery life to be even lower, so having extra batteries is a bonus if you know you will be taking movies.
Overall, this camera has performed very well, I just love its ease of use and quality photos.
