I wanted a digital camera very badly a few years ago.
I could not afford one and being a mom of shared parenting and a divorce it was hard to save to buy one.
A friend said "He would buy me one for my birthday".
He picked it out and got a battery charger and a memory card for it as well.
He just got the camera not the loading dock.
So when I recieved this camera, "I screamed and jumped for joy".
I had a camera to take pictures of my girls and all thier activities.
I started taking pictures immediatley and of everything.
I use this camera on a weekly basis and it serves it's purpose for the price.
However,taking action photos is tough with this camera and also far distance photos.
Sometimes they come out a little blurry or not that great.
Although most pictures are easy to crop and enhance.
Sometimes the enhancement looks yellowish or orange.
But,all together most pictures look crisp and clear.
I have dropped it about four times,getting excited at my daughters gymnastic meet or running around like a mad fool to get a moment on camera.
After I did this sometimes the lense sticks and you have to get in there and pull it out as you turn it on.
But,for going through four drops,I think that is pretty good for the price of this camera to still work.
I like 95 percent of all pictures I take which is much more than half.
The video on it is short but is good for capturing little moments in your kids lives.
For a first camera or an inexpensive camera,I give this a thumbs up.
I recommend this camera to friends and family all the time.
I also let my daughters use it as well and they have never dropped it though.
