Pros: Marvelous graphics, music, and character designs.
Cons: The plot of the game stinks sometimes...new Junction system takes up too much time.
Bottom Line: Final Fantasy VIII is my favorite in the series. The story has its ups and down, and sometimes even adds humor. You won't find a better "book" anywhere else!

Bottom Line: If you have the opportunity to get this game do it. It is not longer in production and is a valuable addition to your RPG collection.

Pros: Graphics, customization, length
Cons: Story, GF sequences, characters
Bottom Line: Final Fantasy VIII is a very good game that suffers from following up one of the greatest games ever made.
