I just recieved my avr 445 and WOW!! I went from a sony to this and the difference is like a Transistor radio to a Home Theater!!! I got it off of Ebay from Harman Audio for $361 including tax and shipping. Yes it was remanufactured but come with a 2 yr warranty from the factory. I have it running 2 jbl stadiums,scs 300 surround with sub woofer. The sound is very clear. It may take 2 hours to get through the manual and learn most of the stuff but it is worth it. It took me twice as long to figure out my sony and it was a barebones piece of junk. This thing comes with all the bells and whistles you need, Except the 1080 up conversion, but who needs that when you have the new dvd players doing that for you and some and soon to be all will have the upconvert built right in to the tv itself. This is a beautiful unit with lots of features I would highly suggest it!!!
