Pros: durable, useful, can buy used for cheap and is still usable with todays software.
Cons: video card is only 4mb,might not be that great for gamers

Pros: Light weight, nice bright display.
Cons: Problems with Windows 2000, didn't like built in mouse, no floppy drive, not enough RAM.
Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend it. However I would recommend using an external mouse and possible installing a different OS if possible.

Pros: Thin, light, and fast.
Cons: Speakers are less than desirable. No window's button.
Bottom Line: If you want a light, powerful machine... I can't imagine anything better.

Pros: Fast, clear and bright screen, thin and lightweight, a classic!
Cons: Premium price, monolithic and expensive technical support.
Bottom Line: Great product! Pricey but lightweight and small. Out of production now, but still available. Did you really want to spend $2800 on this? Get it on the aftermarket!

Pros: Ease of use, can run with minimal attachments
Cons: Short battery life, all the add ons make a heavy package
Bottom Line: Look around and see if you can find something with more options before buying.

Pros: excellent ibm craftmanship
Cons: horrible battery performance
Bottom Line: IBM laptops are by far the best out there but you might want to watch out for the battery on this one
