Pros: Keyboard, reliability, screen, general fit & finish, solid construction
Cons: Gets hot, only 1 USB port, trackball, no trackpad
Bottom Line: This is a great machine; solid and reliable. If you add enough RAM, its fast as well. The keyboard is the best in the business.

Pros: However, this is considered as a top class notebook and it is really is.
Cons: The prise approaching the new low end model,having in mind upgrading is necessary
Bottom Line: IBM will never disappoint you concidering prodact quality and product

Pros: sleek, versatile, long battery , light weight, soft keyboard
Cons: needs more RAM 256 ok, but should have atleast 512 mb RAM for 800Mhz pc

Pros: Tough, generally easy to use, reliable.
Cons: Produces lots of heat, trackpoint mouse takes some getting used to.
Bottom Line: The T21 is a great workhorse laptop. It's tough, it's good value, and easy to use. Definately worth it for users with basic requirements.

Pros: Lightweight, Decent battery, DVD, Solid!
Cons: I really can't think of any..
Bottom Line: IBM Tech support is Pretty stellar, But the notebook itself is just the best. It's what every other laptop wants to be.
