Pros: The lens cap. It open automatacally when the power is turned on. And closes likewise.
Cons: Bad autofocus lock.
Bottom Line: It is 200 bucks. What do you expect. When is cost $50 to fill your truck up. It's worth at least that much I feel.

Pros: Uses standard AA batteries, good "out of box" experience, excellent price for features and performance.
Cons: Had to update firmware, video quality is only "adequate to good" at higher resolutions.
Bottom Line: I happy with this purchase and would buy it again -- especially with post holiday season pricing.
