Pros: Setup is easy & simple and SENDS most faxes very well.
Cons: It jams paper or prints only half a page or spits out several pages.
Bottom Line: Stay away, far away, from this one.

Pros: Easy set-up, simple to use, space saver
Cons: Film cartridge did not last very long
Bottom Line: This machine is ideal for personal or small business use. It is not suitable for frequent faxing needs of a larger company but it is reliable and simple to operate.

Pros: The ribbon is easy to replace. The machine is inexpensive.

Pros: Connectivity options, call routing, fast scanning, prints on plain paper
Cons: Limited paper handling, 9600 bps modem, meager ink film bundled
Bottom Line: A basic but complete set of features, and decent printing and scanning performance, make the KX-FHD331 an adequate entry-level fax machine/copier.
