Pros: Multi-function; not ugly; has a handset; easy set-up and use
Cons: Terrible copying quality, unable to adjust contrast; frequent paper jams
Bottom Line: The faxing and printing work well enough, but the copying quality is terrible and the paper jams frequently (during faxing or copying) making this an all-around loser.
