This machine had so much promise, great size, function, answering machine worked great, cordless had good sound quality. I did not like the film setup - seemed very micky mouse idea - and always seemed to wrinkle. Also the sheet feeder needs a complete redesign, it seemed it was never designed to send more than one sheet - kept grabbing all the sheets. I'm bummed can find anything like this for my home office, but my faxes are always 2 or more pages.
