The first time I used the Panasonic 885, I thought it was broken. The document feeder took the paper and scanned the pages at about one second per page, and I thought there was no way it could have gotten all the information correct to transmit. But I was wrong. The fax received was perfect! And it prints documents as fast as a regular printer, so there was no problem with using it as a network printer as well! The Panasonic 885 is a great deal, with a lower cost per page than any fax machine/printer/scanner/copier I have ever seen. It is about five cents a page to print a document with an average amount of ink on it. Printing documents has never been easier or less expensive. I would definitely recommend the Panasonic 885 to anyone looking for a fax/printer/scanner/copier for a medium sized workgroup (between 10 and 15 people).
