Pros: 40 seconds anti-shock memory, 25 Hour Playback, Backlit LCD, Sleek Silver Casing, and it's made in Japan.
Cons: You have to press a button for the anti-shock feature. Stock headphones are weak.

Pros: Wonderful sound. High quality product with excellent portability. I just slip it in my purse or backpack and go.
Cons: Car cassette adapter does not work with Toyota factory systems. I was told that by Panasonic Customer Service. Needs Sony Car Cassette Adapter available at Wal-Mart.
