Pros: Easy to use, great for beginners and intermediate users, zoom, IS, AF Assist.
Cons: I wish the video was captured at higher than 320x240.
Bottom Line: If you want 12x zoom and shoot occasionally in low light then you'll need IS and AF Assist. This camera has it and delivers great photos.

Pros: 12X zoom, OIS, AF lamp, relatively small, lightweight,
Cons: EVF delay, zoom disabled during movie mode, lots of red eye
Bottom Line: Without a doubt, one of the best cameras in the market in this price range...even without a rebate.
