Pros: AMPLE Power, High quality Digital converters, Customizable digital inputs
Cons: Setup takes a minute or two to get used to... not too bad

Pros: Price. 100w per channel. Pre-amps out, 8 channels. Center Surround split for "7.1."
Cons: Fewer inputs/outputs. Relatively high distortion (1.0%). No flexibility in impedance.
Bottom Line: Not for serious audiophiles, but this machine has everything you could want, and will upgrade to a higher calling later. The best you can get for its price, or more.

Pros: Supports all the latest inputs/outputs and encodings. Learning Remote. Great Preamp. Midnight mode.
Cons: Remote would be better w/ backlighting.
Bottom Line: Would buy it again. Great pre-amp section will not be outdated too soon.

Pros: Nice Features for Low Price
Cons: Cheap Remote, next higher model VSX-D912 7.1 is worth it
Bottom Line: Overall not a bad unit, don't understand why the master volume works the way it does. DTS-ES 6.1 great features.

Pros: Great to have pre-outs for every channel
Cons: Music sounds a lot worse than the amp I wanted to replace
Bottom Line: If you really care about quality sound, don't get this one. Then again, if you don't mind compromising sound quality for nice features, this one's for you.
