Half of the LCD screen went out after 4 months of having the camera. I contacted Samsung and they said I can send it in and they will fix it but the process would take 3 months. Not wanting to part with the camera for three months I just dealt with it. Finally a couple of weeks after I had it a year, the flash is broken and now doesn't take one decent picture. Red eye reduction never seemed to work, night mode shots never came out right. It has been a waste of money. I don't believe in purchasing extended warranties, but I will from now on on digital cameras. We have had several from different well known brands turn out like this one.
