I have run only about 200 copies successfully from my fax machine to date. So far, Samsung has sent me parts once, atechnician showed up whom I had to show how to install the part he brought along, and they have refused to replace the unit with anew one. I am now looking at a refurbished product that just arrived UPS. It doesn't work either!
