Pros: Great price for 10.1 megapixels, great quality pictures, sturdy build, many manual features.
Cons: Must plug in camera to charge (cannot charge battery separately). Somewhat heavy.
The Bottom Line: Don't let the star ratings fool you (I based them on Epinions guidelines), this camera is excellent!

Full Review
I just bought this camera about 1 week ago (on sale for $165) and I am thoroughly impressed. It has a complete Auto mode where you don't have to configure anything and it takes good shots. It also has a complete Manual mode for those who want to be more precise. Of course there are also the Scene settings that nearly all digital cameras have now. I tested the "close-up" mode with max quality on a few flowers and I was stunned with how nice it looked.
The touch-sensitive buttons on the back are a really nice feature that makes scrolling through zoomed-in pictures much easier. The camera is also very sturdy. It feels a little heavy compared to cameras of this size, but that's a result of quality construction. It also has face recognition, and image stabilization, which appears to be pretty standard on newer cameras.
When I bought this I was looking for a camera that was relatively small, and took sharp-looking pictures (which most don't in settings other than bright outdoor light). From my experience, Canon has the best quality - but they are just too expensive in my opinion. This Samsung rivals Canon 10 megapixel cameras and costs $100 less.
The only potentially negative thing about this camera is the method for recharging the battery. You cannot remove the battery to charge it; it must stay in the camera. This is good because you can charge it from your computer (like an iPod) or from an AC adapter. But, it can be bad if you want to charge your battery and continue to use the camera with a spare battery, since the camera itself must be plugged in.
