I recently purchased the Sansa e280. This is my first experience with an MP3 player. I absolutely love it. I don't have a single negative comment on it. It is very user friendly. My husband has an MP3 player of a different brand and I found it to be very user unfriendly, so when I used the Sansa e280 for the first time, I was very pleasantly surprised. The sound quality is also very good and the price is unbelievable for an MP3 player of this size. I highly recommend it.
