Overall I would rate it as decent. Not mind-blowingly awesome by any means but at the same time for the price very good!

Relatively easy to operate & intuitive, simple menus, can't complain about that.

Shuts off relatively quick in pause mode, but it only takes a couple seconds to turn back on.

Tuner is mediocre, although I will say it's good for such a small piece of electronics.

The only issues I have had with it are connecting it to my car stereo. It used to work fine (JVC AR770 w/USB port) but after an "update" has failed to work since.
The second issue is one MP3 file I have turns it off when I try to play it. I have only had problems with this single file though, so it's a very acute problem.
