Bought in Jan 07 and quit playing by May 07. Got an RMA from Sandisk and shipped the unit for a return. Received a new one a couple of weeks later and 5 months later, wont play again. Pending support from Sandisk. I expect an exchange again, hoping it will last more than 5 months. Being without music in Iraq is unaceptable. At least the customer service was prompt and efficient (the first time). Will see this time.
