Pros: This was a good player for the money.

Cons: The body has a very flimsy feel.

The Bottom Line: 
Stay away from this product and possibly any Sonic product. Because if you have a problem they won't respond.

Navigation to find music selections is very difficult.
The software could have been designed to allow easier use.
Too many times this unit would stop playing for no reason. I tried to figure out why it would stop. Even though I had good batteries. The only thing I could think of was that if I held the unit in a certain position it would trigger an electrical short. The unit finally stopped working totally after 4 months. It would not load the music from the CD and seems to be stuck while making a chattering/clicking sound. It is still in warranty, I tried every way to have Rio fix it. I tried to get a return authorization. They do not respond via web site, email or phone. It is still broken and useless waste of money. I will never buy a Rio again.
