Our experience with this unit has been great. We love this unit due to the awesome graphics, wireless capabilities and use abilities. The blue-ray disc player capabilities are great and we use it regularly. It has brought gaming to a whole new level. It is not difficult to go from gaming to internet browsing or finding your media.

This system was purchased the first year it was released, for our son for christmas. It has worked flawlessly, without any problems.

We love this unit for the fact that it is a gaming system, blue-ray disc player, internet browsing capabilities, as well as a mass media storage device such as Photos, movies, and video's. These combined was our deciding factor to purchase. All that was needed to get this baby up and running was a wireless router. To my surprise not only can you play against others online. You can also surf the web. You can download demos games, get hints, tricks and lots more. You can also play all the old games on this system from the playstation 1 and 2. So all of our old games was compatible as well. The blue-ray player is a great extra as well.

The only things that I have found that I hate about the unit is if you like your unit to look nice and shiny you will be wiping it down a lot. It shows every finger mark and smear on it after you handle it. It is a very heavy system so I do suggest housing it on a sturdy shelf. The price of the games could be cheaper but being able to play all the older games on it make up for it in the long run. I would suggest renting games that you want first then decide to purchase for full price. When playing a new game for the first time it does take it a few minutes to load the information needed into the system before playing.
