I have owned this camera for at least 2 years now and I love its advanced features. The only real problem I have had with it is that the little plastic black thing that the CD clips into has actually loosened itself from the support and without the disc, the CD cannot snap in. I find that a little tape will hold it and the CD firmly in place and the camera functions normally. Those who talk about CD format errors are not using the product correctly. Before you take your CD out of the camera, finalize the disc and unfinalize before trying to format. If the disc has an error, find a piece of software that will fully erase the disc (in other words do not use the windows format as this does not actually erase the disc for some reason). Overall a great piece of equipment when used correctly.
