Pros: Nice screen, DVD burner, Nice keyboard, Good battery, Light enough, Toshiba service open 24 hours
Cons: Overheats, poor performance, Toshiba customer support is like banging your head against a brick wall,
Bottom Line: Do not buy this or any Toshiba laptop. Search for Toshiba and overheating. People are suing this company.
