Pros: Light, thin, yet powerful. Excellent office application performance.

Cons: No access to built-in Ethernet networking; tiny DC power connector; battery fluctuates around 2.5 hrs.

Bottom Line: Toshiba's Portege 3490CT may have a convoluted network connectivity option and a seemingly fragile DC power connector but this is one of the best weight and speed combinations I've seen.
