Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 for PlayStation 2

Pros: Massive variety and enjoyment in weapons, characters, enemies and quests. Great visuals and sound.

Cons: The variety is merely superficial. Ultimately you're still just mashing bad guys.

Bottom Line: If you're a dungeon hack fan, you should be symbiotically attached to this game. Otherwise you'll find plenty to love.

Pros: Lots and lots of abilities to gain...enemies to kill...and weapons, armor, and items to find.

Cons: Based on an aged gameplay system, certain aspects don't apply to the "standards" of today.

Bottom Line: BG: DA II shows its age in a time that asks for more. Though, even as wine gets older, the tastier it becomes. This game is kind of like that.
