| Goods found to be faulty through designer or manufacture will be exchanged on the return of the item complete with proof of purchase. Cash refunds will only be given if an item has been misrepresented or the incorrect item has been sent. Collection of the goods will be at our cost. However if an incorrect item is ordered and returned a refund will be made by means of credit note. A handling charge of 15% or a charge for postage (whichever is the greatest) will be deducted upon receipt. | |
